Hello Verve members!  

We have found a way to have you all upload your vaccine cards into MBO so that we can work towards the 95% vaccinated rate that is required so that those vaccinated don’t have to wear masks.  Danielle was kind enough to find a solution that is easy enough for everyone to follow.  Below are the instructions for you to upload your info.  We are going to require everyone to follow the steps, even if you have already sent in your vaccine cards to me.  Please follow the below instructions and do this as soon as you can.

Instructions for Athletes:
1.  Athletes log in to MBO from your MOBILE BROWSER at this link
Sign-in button is in the upper right hand corner
2.  Click on “Documents” in the upper right hand corner
3. Click the “Choose File” button, navigate to the photo of your vaccine card, and press Upload
Your file will display in the list below once it is uploaded
4. Once uploaded, email eric@crossfitverve.com that you have added your vaccine info
Once I have received your email, I will take care of the rest of the steps in MBO.  Please upload your cards as soon as you can and we will contact the Dept. of Health and work towards getting rid of masks.
