WOD-
With a partner complete the following
5 Rounds each of
10 Hang power cleans 135#(95#)
10 Box jump overs 24″(20″)
into
5 Rounds each of
10 Shoulder to overhead 135#(95#)
10 Toes to bar
into
5 Rounds each of:
Bike 20(15) calories
10 Bar facing burpees
Each partner will do 5 rounds of each workout with one person resting
1 person working. You don’t have to alternate every round so if you
want to do 2 rounds, then your partner does 2 rounds, go for it.
Move on when you have both completed 5 rounds of the couplet.
