7 Thrusters 95#(65#)
14 Lateral Bar hop burpees
SPRINT-
With a partner complete the following for time:
4 x 400 meter relay
Then:
100 Wall balls
100 Burpees to a target
Then:
4 x 500 meters on the rower
Each person runs (2) 400’s and rows (2) 500’s.
The wall balls and burpees can be broken up
anyway you want.
