If your 90% is not a whole number, round down
Example:
1:00 Max effort = 24 burpees
After the minute of rest, my target is # is 21
(90% = 21.6, so rounded down = 21)
Try for at least 5 sets. If you fail to hit the 90%,
try 85%, then 80%. Keep going down by 5% until you finish at least 5 rounds
