Row or Bike at a recovery pace
Every 5:00 get off bike or rower
3 – 5 Wall walks
3 – 5 Strct toes to bar
5- 10 Tempo goblet squats (pick weight)
*If you want to help your body recover for next weeks training,
come on in and do some recovery rowing or biking with some accessory work included.
