Rowing Recovery Day
Row for 30:00

*Every 1000 Meters, get off the rower and perform:
3 – 5 Wall walks
3 – 5 Strict toes to bar
5- 10 Tempo goblet squats (pick weight)

If you want to help your body recover for next week’s training, come in and do some recovery rowing with some accessory work included.
