40 Sumo Deadlift 225#9155#)

*1 partner works at a time, the other runs
a 200m and then tags in upon return and
the other partner goes out for a 200m run.

SPRINT-

With a partner, complete the following:

Row 2000 meters.
One partner rows, the other holds a plank. Switch every 200
meters

Ski 1000 meters
One partner skis, the other hangs from the pull up bar. Switch
every time the person drops off the bar.

50 Sandbag ground to over shoulder
One person works, the other rests

For the row and ski portions, partner can only work while the other
is in a plank or hanging from the pull up bar.

Bring a Friend Week

 

 

Bring a Friend Week July 12th – July 17th
Starting Monday July 12th through Saturday July 17th, every class on our schedule is open to anyone that would like to come try CrossFit with us.Ā  Do you know someone who wants to CrossFit?Ā  Then invite them to come workout with you for as many classes as they’d like during the week of 7/12 – 7/17.Ā  Know a former member of Verve that might want to workout?Ā  Invite them to come to as many classes as they’d like during the week.Ā Ā 

All they need to do is create an MBO account and sign up for the classes they’d like to attend.Ā  We ask that everyone sign up in advance so we know how many people to expect and can plan accordingly.Ā Ā 

Here is the easiest way to set up your MBO account.

You should see a calendar on that page.Ā  In the right hand corner of the calendar, you’ll see a My Account link.Ā  Click that link and it will take you through a couple quick steps to set up your account.Ā Ā 

After your account is all set up, you can download the MBO app and use the app to sign up for classes or sign up via our Schedule page with your MBO login information.Ā Ā 

During Bring a Friend Week, all our classes, WOD and Sprint, are open for your friends to try.Ā  The only exception is Open Gym, which will still be for our members only.Ā Ā
